Brazilian Nickel PLC (BRN), the privately held UK company developing its nickel laterite heap leach project in Brazil, announces that Mr Flávio Guimarães who represents Magenta Fundo De Investimento Mulimercado Investimento No Exterior Crédito Privado (“Magenta”) has decided to resign from the Board but will remain as an observer to the Board.
